Yeah, I know what you mean, but random number generation requires dynamic content, coding powers beyond the ability of CSS overrides to provide. You could do it, but you'd have to go into the style layers.
There are a lot of ways to randomly switch between a list of images on refresh, but I don't know which ones would work with DW and which they stuff out. I'd probably try a javascript version before I'd try PHP.
